2. 6/2/2014 2 Introduction Thank you for choosing Online Enrollment! This presentation will walk you through the Online Enrollment process.

3. 6/2/2014 3 Your group will be able to get immediate confirmation of coverage. You will receive an email every time your groups purchase coverage online. Less paperwork for you! All information is transmitted electronically. Theres no need for you to send Seven Corners a census. Your groups enter their members directly into our system so there is no delay. Last minute travelers can enroll and print an ID card immediately! Even when enrolling several people at once you can assign different start/end dates! 4. 6/2/2014 4 Ready to begin? Log into the system using the following web address: https://groups.sevencorners.com

5. 6/2/2014 5 Login Enter the Group Code given to you.

6. 6/2/2014 6 General Information Enter in the basic Information for the group.

7. 6/2/2014 7 Instructions The instructions are given on the first page.

8. 6/2/2014 8 Click on Change All to choose the default coverage. Choosing Coverage

9. 6/2/2014 9 Choose the Coverage option for your group and hit Submit. You will be able to change coverage on a single unit later. Choosing Coverage

10. 6/2/2014 10 Scroll down to add your members Add Member information. You can also change the coverage dates for the unit if necessary. Adding members

11. 6/2/2014 11 Click here to add or drop units. When you are done adding the members, click Continue at the bottom of the page. Adding members

12. 6/2/2014 12 Group Listing and Premium Now, you will see all members of your group and the premium total.

13. 6/2/2014 13 Payment Information Continue to the next screen to choose payment information. Choose to pay by Invoice, Check or credit card To pay by invoice, groups must get an Invoice Password from the agent.

14. 6/2/2014 14 Paying by Invoice When paying by invoice, the group will be asked to enter the Full name that appears on the check, the phone number and an email address. Dont forget to check this box!!

15. 6/2/2014 15 Paying by Credit Card When paying by Credit Card, groups will be asked to enter the Card Type, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Phone Number, Name on Card, Credit Card Billing Address and the email address. Dont forget to check this box!! Seven Corners accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express

16. 6/2/2014 16 Confirmation Page Click Purchase Quote at the bottom of the page and you will see the confirmation page. From this screen, you can view the Virtual ID Cards and the Program Summary.

17. 6/2/2014 17 Virtual ID Cards Check the Select All Box and click Print Now to print your Virtual ID Cards

18. 6/2/2014 18 Group Completed Immediately upon purchasing the coverage, the ID Cards will be emailed to the address given at the time of payment. If there are any changes (dates, spelling errors or coverage options), please email groups@sevencorners.com as soon as possible. groups@sevencorners.com The next several pages are full size screen shots of the online system.
