1. Instructions to Prepare I.F. Slides for Monitors
Prepare the presentation slides in landscape format as you would normally do in the aspect ratio 1:1.
Prepare Master slides in landscape format with the aspect ratio 1.77:1, which is the format for this template slide. (click on “Design” then click on “Page Setup” on the tool bar. A window opens where you can adjust the width and height).
Prepare an initial summary slide containing title, goals, and summary results of your work. Paste this slide to the left side of all Master slides you are going to use (see slides 3-to-6).
Paste all other slides from your presentation to the right side of the Master slide, in sets of 1 to 4 per Master page. You can prepare as many Master slides as you need but we suggest maintaining focus on what is important and use just the right number of pages. (see slides 3-to-6).

You can add a live demonstration video to the presentation as depicted on page 6. The actual file is not included in this template due to file size. The video file format just needs to be openable from Power Point. Please note internet access in the room may be too slow so we do not recommend its usage. Therefore, regardless of the file format, please include any video files on your USB flash drive (pen drive).
The examples in the slides were built as follows: Title = Arial black 18. The remaining text should be easily legible to viewers who are standing as far as two meters away. Each graph or chart should be labeled with text that is readable from that distance.
Update the footer (bottom of this page), with your particular presentation designation, e.g. WEIF1-5. To edit footer click: View, Slide Master. After editing footer click: Normal.
Save the final presentation to ppt format onto your USB flash drive (and to pdf as a back up in case there is a problem with the fonts on the computer at presentation). Remember to bring your presentation files on a USB drive, plus on a backup drive.
