Based on our analysis and store visits, we have understood that the audience is young and adaptable, hence the course will launch with an animated video, which will take the audience through the a comic environment and land them at the cashier point, further it will explain cashier importance in a retail store and bring challenges to solve. Focus of Design - Design focus on Generating Interest through comic style environment. 6

The scene will be set through animation which will highlight the importance of cashier etiquette by presenting a real life scenario. Focus of Design – Storyline Build Up and Sensitization of Issue

Screen Samples: Selection screen to play
Trainee Engagement through gamification elements. Trainee can choose from different role play models having different skill sets. Choose character based on which skill set you want to improve. Possible enhancements: Rewards will open up new animations specific to the character. Encourages trainee to upgrade all character skills and thereby retaining interest in training.

Screen Samples: Scenario based challenge
Trainee interaction and active involvement in training through scenario based practical examples. Real life scenarios experienced in various stores can be visualized and such knowledge can be transferred to all employees. Focus of Design: Active trainee involvement for better understanding and enhanced retention of information.
