Foundation Plan Endorsements Distinguished Achievement 83rd Legislative Session – (2013)

GRADUATION CREDITS Graduation Requirements Minimum of 26 credits Must have correct number of state credits to graduate within each subject (see next slide)

Subject Credits Required Courses English English 1, 2, 3, 4 Math Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra II, 4th math Science Biology, Chemistry, Physics or 3rd, & 4th science OR IPC, Biology, Chemistry, & Physics or 4th science Social St World History, U.S. History, Gov’t & Economics Foreign Lang Spanish 1 & 2 P.E P.E., Athletics, Fall Band, Drill Team, or Cheer Health Health Speech Professional Communications Fine Arts Band, Art, Theater Arts, Floral Design, or Drill Technology BIM or Digital Media Electives MUST be in endorsement track TOTAL

Complete Foundation Plan Obtain Endorsement 4 Credits in Math (must have Algebra II) 4 Credits in Science All of our CHS students will be “defaulted” on this plan through high school.

WHAT NOW? PreAP / Honors parents & student meeting is next.
Stay here in the cafeteria for the meeting. Everyone else will make your way into hallways to visit tables and get information from high school programs, clubs, & organizations Free to leave once you have visited the hallway tables. Come to CMS next Monday (Feb 5th) or Thursday (Feb 8th) to choose 9th grade schedule and endorsements!
