Eight Perspectives in the Designing of Web-based Curriculum
1. the analysis of teaching target; 2.the creation of language teaching environment; 3. the designing and providing of information resources; 4.the planning of learners’ autonomic learning strategies; 5. the constructing of cooperative learning environment ; 6.the evaluation of learning effects; 7 the framing of aggrandizing exercises ; 8. the application of acquired language.

Connecting which builds up new knowledge by connecting to the past knowledge when being exposed to the new and exciting English learning experience;

Constructing which learns the English knowledge by constructing the knowledge in the mind as well as constructing things in the real world, therefore, can handle the similar situations in the language practice accordingly

Contemplation which gives reflections on why the constructing of something that leaning becomes truly meaningful for the learner, what are the experiences gained in the language knowledge construction process, how the acquired English language knowledge find their ways into the practical daily performance; which will force learners to think hard about the creation process in addition to the construction process and ultimately result in deepening the understanding of the concept and knowledge gained in English learning .

Continuity which keeps the interests and desires to continue, to see what will happen in the flow of learning ,to become better at what is doing now.

Three Different Forms in Web-based Curriculum Instructing
collective teaching mainly follows the conventional English class teaching group teaching learners’ internalization of newly created knowledge is the conversion of explicit knowledge into the group’s tacit knowledge. individually teaching becomes much easier since the involving of CALL
