LASIK is the fastest growing refractive procedure amongst ASCRS U.S. surgeons High volume refractive surgeons prefer LASIK over PRK Bilateral same OR visit surgery is accepted and preferred for LASIK > RK > PRK VisX Star preferred 3:1 over all other lasers Hansatome is the preferred microkeratome DUFFEY 1999
