PSA Assessment (0,1,2,3) I get tense when I see or hear the words “public speaking.” I purposely avoid public speaking situations. I feel a sense of dread when I am asked to give a speech. I feel nervous days or weeks before a public speaking event. I have trouble sleeping the night before a public speaking event. I panic right before giving a speech. I have difficulty delivering a speech. I think my anxiety is greater than most people. During my speech, I feel helpless. After my speech, I worry about my speech performance.

Work to identify your particular triggers and develop a management plan : You have a very high level of PSA.
