Weight the value of deals in each stage by the probability that the deal will be won. The trend by week gives you an overall sense of the pipeline deal value.

This shows the close rate by pipeline stage. In this case, 19% of deals that reached the qualified lead stage closed vs. 78% for those that reached verbal approval.

Tracking time to close by month and comparing it to previous periods gives you a sense of how deals are moving through the pipeline.
