Next generation application use-cases such as IoT, virtual worlds and mobile apps will be massively distributed and very dynamic Infrastructure virtualization allows dynamic provisioning of virtual resources including compute, storage, appliances, and network Multi-cloud environments comprising of multiple cloud providers and the ISPs connecting them provide massively distributed and dynamic infrastructures AppFabric is a platform that sits between the Application Service Provider (ASP) and the resource providers and allows the ASP to easily create, manage and control next generation applications over multi-cloud environments Washington University in St. Louis ©2014 Raj Jain
