Materials needed for this drawing: white paper – 12”x18” Students can use their pencils crayons/markers/color pencils from their art box If a student does not have something to color with they can use pencils out of Everyday supply drawer or the crayons or color pencils from the counter Please remind students to stay away from violence in their pictures. 14 You may turn your paper horizontal or vertical to best fit what you will be drawing.

15 Remember to make your drawing as big as your paper.
Color your work in neatly. Don’t forget to color the background.

16 More Ideas for your drawing:
Will your drawing be about long ago or today? Will there be other imaginary characters there? What is your giant doing? Are they trying to do the same sorts of things we do everyday but in a tiny space? Are they working, playing or resting? What kinds of clothes will they wear? What sort of things will be around them? Are there other giants around? Are there normal sized people around? What are those people doing? Are they afraid or happy? ©Janet Johnson 2013
