2. The Target
I can write all the elements of a 3 while using 3+ rhetorical verbs.
I can write a concise summary giving identifying information, the claim/theme, and supporting details/quotes in an organized manner, using transitions and following the structure of the original text.
I can write a summary answering who, what, when, where, and why.
I can write a summary with too little or too much information.

3. Breaking It Down
Identifying Information = author, title of work, year of publication (aka citation)
Give claims/themes and details in order of appearance in the text
Glue it all together with rhetorical verbs

We wear the mask that grins and lies,
