Student Expectations Speak when called upon in large group settings
Teachers, classmates, assemblies Keep a positive and respectful attitude to all Teachers, classmates, yard/cafeteria supervisors Keep our room clean and treat all learning materials with respect. Be the best you can be in all activities Do your best at all times Participate and complete all class & home activities

When Expectations Are Not Met
Warning (teacher verbally re-stating expectations, calling name of the student) Minus point(s) on ClassDojo Color change & reflection during free time/break with statement Student contract Citation & or Suspension Parent conference, citation, and Behavior Plan implemented, with possible loss of privileges

Parent Expectations Show a deep respect and be models for strong character and education to child and teacher Encourage child to be diligent in good study habits Nurture your child’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence Review all work thoroughly & review all contents taken home (HW folder, letters, flyers, etc) Assist in homework and projects when necessary Check the classroom website daily (for any changes) & Class Dojo/ScootPad (weekly) Turn in all compliances promptly (or as available)

When Expectations are Not Met
Child’s academic success may become limited Most likely reflected on child’s report card Conference (phone, , letter) Possible mandatory classroom observation/visitation
