3. Senior Seat Selection
Before you can choose your seat for graduation or graduate, you must get cleared in all these areas:
Passing ALL graduation requirements. All Aventa, IPAL, BYU, APEX (at TriTech) classes must be complete and grades posted.
All fines paid or have met with Mr. Rubalcava to create a plan for payment.
All library books turned in, except those you need for current classes.
Graduation Ceremony contract signed and turned in.
High School and Beyond Plan signed and turned in.
Keep grades at passing or you may lose your chosen seat!

4. Signed graduation contracts can be turned into the Upper D-Wing North office as soon as they are filled out and signed by yourself and parents.

5. Graduation Rehearsals

*You need your own ride to stadium!
PSD School Board policy states that rehearsals are mandatory for ALL graduates – if you don’t practice, you don’t walk on Saturday. You must go see Mr. Rubalcava or Mr. Wallwork and make special arrangements if you cannot practice.

6. Friday, June 8th Rehearsal @ Edgar Brown
Seniors who have been cleared to graduate need to be at Edgar Brown by 11:30am.
Transportation is on your own.
Transportation is available for students who need it. Go see Mrs. Izaquirre in student services and sign up for a ride if you need one.
Lunch will be served!

10. Caps and Gowns
Seniors must wear a cap & gown to participate in graduation.
Caps and Gowns cannot be decorated in any way.
See your counselor in Upper D-wing if you need to borrow a cap & gown from CHS.
Jostens will be here again today, May 18th, from 11am-1:00pm, if you ordered one, go get it!!

11. Graduation Party ~Saturday, June 9th
Graduating Chiawana Seniors from Class of 2018
CHS Student Mall from 10:00pm – 2:00am
$15 Tickets in advance and $20 at the door
Tickets on sale May 9th from 1-3pm!! Tickets will also be sold during graduation rehearsals on June 6th, 7th, & 8th.
Lots of great food (wing stop, papa johns, dutch bros and much more)!
Lots of great prizes (kayaks, smart TV’s, camping gear, cash and much more)!
Lots of fun games (casino tables, knocker ball, corn hole, dodge ball, photo booths and much more)!
