Introduction Dear author
we have the pleasure to inform You that the Scientific Committee has selected Your paper to be orally presented during the Parallel Sessions at the XVI DECGE The allocated period for each paper is 10 min, among which one minute will be for introducing the presenter, while nine are left for the presentation

Heading 1 In order to run the time schedule smoothly,
we would like to kindly ask You to prepare a short CV of the presenter not longer than five rows some instructions are given in the next slide The CV will be read by the session’s chairman

It may ask for periodically practicing the presentation prior to the session at the XVI DECGE The presentation should be delivered to the “director” (a person in charge for collecting the presentations in each conference hall) at least one hour before the session It might be useful if You also contact the technical persons, easily recognized with dress-code, as well as the session chair
