2 Title III Compliance Report - Reminders
Always review the NCLB Consolidated application that was submitted. Use the submitted application as a cross reference when answering the questions on the compliance report

3 Part 1 - Did private nonprofit school participate? Yes or No
Inventory - If no inventory – check not applicable If you do have inventory then submit the information requested ( annual inventory is recommended) Part 2 – Immigrant activities these sections are reflective of the ADC

4 Amount must be greater than “0”
Part 5 - The expenditure amount must be greater than “0” Part 6 – IF yes is selected then complete the type and language Part 7 – select yes or no and then the types of ESL program ****** for SSA member districts – a google document will be sent out to gather this information for the compliance report completed on behalf of the SSA

Refer to the PS 3106 part 6 of the NCLB consolidated application The expenditures are estimated and must be greater than “0” Part 4 – refer to PS3106 part 6 B of the NCLB consolidated application

6 This information is reported to the USDE – the numbers should be reflective of students served the ENTIRE school year – District Decision regarding the as of date Remember – total of Gender + Ethnicity + Grade must be EQUAL Suggestions for PEIMS PRF 7D056 and PRF 7D005

7 Must be greater than “0” This is an estimated number 3-5 must select at lease ONE activity

Copy the program implementation guide. Use this resource to help answer the questions. Possible sources of information to use in support of a “yes” response are included in this guide If N/A is an appropriate answer review the explanation from the guide and use that wording

Be very careful about Yes, No and N/A No = non-compliance Any answer of no is NOT double checked by the TEA Yes and N/A are reviewed and maybe changed to No after the review Yes answers will be randomly validated - have your documentation(what you have stated on the compliance report) readily available
