Rewrite your narrative – Hand in Friday at end of class.
Create a beginning that interests the reader. Use lots of imagery (sensory language) and description. Use dialogue if it fits into your narrative. Show, don’t tell.

“This I Believe” statement + narrative
Due Thursday, January 12 Put your name only on the back. At least 2 paragraphs (handwritten neatly in ink or typed) Underline two sentences with commas used correctly, and put the rule you followed in your own words on the bottom or on the back. Circle two words or phrases that you used to create vivid imagery for your reader. Conclude by showing how your narrative connects to your “This I Believe” statement.
