Work with existing ergonomics team to design and implement solutions that eliminate manual lifting and manipulation of bags of dry ingredients Layout Design Design and implement layout for new scaling area Process Improvement Create a sifting and screening process Reduce waste and standardize work in existing process using Lean techniques
