2. The Scenario - Your group is a stock brokerage (licensed to buy and sell stocks). Your group has been hired by a client to invest $100,000 in stocks. The client request that your group research stocks and create a diversified (various areas of the stock market) portfolio. The client request that your group create a video report of the recommended stocks your group will select for the portfolio.

3. Requirements A. Each group will have four (4) students
Requirements A. Each group will have four (4) students. Each student will be responsible for managing (25% of the portfolio) $25,000. B. Concept Web – Each group will create a concept web to show which stocks will be used for the portfolio. C. Each student will select ten (10) stocks with dividends (stocks that pay per share) from the stock market. D. Each student will select their top 3 out of 10 stocks to report-out.

4. Video Presentation 1. Each group will create a video group presentation (use YouTube). 2. Each student in the group will report-out on their “Top 3 Stocks.” 3. The video must be four to six minutes.

5. Stock Requirements - Each person must use four different sectors for their stock picks. (i.e., technology, transportation, retail, media). - Each stock must be different. Companies cannot be used more than once. There will be a list of companies that will be created to show if a companies are taken.

What is the 52 week high/low price? 4. What is the projected 1 year earning forecast? * Dress professionally on the video for a good grade.

8. Diversified Portfolio - Each group member will choose a specific sector (i.e., technology, health care, financials) to invest their portion of $25, Each person must fill-out “Stock Purchase Worksheet.”

9. Diversified Portfolio - Each group member will choose at least three (3) sectors (i.e., technology, health care, financials) to invest $25,000.
