Legal framework of NSS is comprehensive and covers the main areas governing official statistics in EU
KAS enjoys a high level of trust and its independence is largely recognised
Extensive used of administrative data, WG to discuss TCH of these sources
KAS web site is attractive and modern and praised by users
Peer Review team considers that KAS is compliant with the CoP. The recommendations in this report are intended to further enhance compliance.
