Choose a TIMER who will monitor time and encourage everyone
to speak throughout the hour. You help keep the discussion moving
and on-topic 
Choose a RECORDER: takes group attendance and writes down
group work when directed to do so.

Pass paper around for each person to print their name at
the top – verify last names [not initials] are included
Be ready to record group answers as directed 
Everyone talks during the discussion, even the leader, recorder, and timer
Find your novels! You should take out your note sheet, too 

President Z. Beeblerox? How is this a political commentary on heads of state?
The Alchemist: What seems to be the importance of dreaming in the novel? If it’s a metaphor being
