Average time spent is 38 seconds Most popular actions: Search Statbank Name search Consumer price index

6 General feedback from users
External users: «Modern», «easy to navigate», «not too cluttered» – in general we receive positive feedback Internal users: «The news releases are too far down on the page», «Too static – nothing happens», «The name statistics has a too prominent place», «I want my (……) on the homepage», «rigid».

7 Results from user testing, user surveys and interviews
Conclusion from Netlife Research: «The main menu and homepage works fine in most of the tests we did. Concentrate on solving challenges further down in the structure»

Statistics by theme will be the most important navigation principle More flexible template in our CMS
