Continuing Education makes a significant contribution to the Board's goal of credit accumulation and increased graduation rates.
Students will have a variety of reasons for taking courses through Continuing Education including the benefit of focusing on one course at a time, (and/or?) to free up time in their day school timetables.

Students were unable to fit specific course into their timetable during the day.
Students were upgrading or earning a required pre-requisite course for entry into college or university program.

Students’ reasons for attending vary. Therefore, it is possible that other specific courses could be offered that would increase the board credit accumulation rate and graduation rate.
