8. SCHEME FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS Financial assistance to students in schools towards personal equipment, stationary, uniforms, Travelling Allowance and Escort Allowance. 9. INFRASTRUCTURE Infrastructure Loan cum Grant Scheme For government Aided Institutions for upgradation and reinforcement of school infrastructure Grants range from Rs. 12 to Rs. 60 Lakhs.
