The Benefit Bank® Counselors Summer Food Program Future: CGMHN Enrichment Workshops Future: CGMHN Free Store Cash Assistance: Housing up to $350, Utility up to $150, Emergency (car/health) up to $125 (NOTE: limited to money available to disperse) Household goods: MAP furniture bank, distribution of various household items TBB: preparation and filing of applications for food stamps, child care subsidies, home energy assistance, health care insurance Summer food program

General Criteria Requester must live in Groveport Madison school district Cash assistance maximum is $500 in 12 month period; no more than $1,000/household lifetime assistance Cash assistance provided only when all other forms of assistance is exhausted NOTE: Amounts are limited to money available to disburse

Support 24 hour client contact turnaround
Verification of cash assistance request Document in tracking database Guide client with other alternative sources for assistance Referrals to enrichment opportunities (GED, workshops, classes, etc) Alternative resources might include PRC monies, food stamps, HEAP, etc
