Coaching 1 Level 1 Coach Promoting New Membership Continuing with Taster Sessions, Beginner Lessons, Open Day next year?, Classifications 3x Bowman, 1x Junior Bowman, 6x First Class

10th September 2017 Proposed Annual Fees Full Adult Membership Fee: £90 per annum (can use range whenever, subject to assessment) Full Junior Membership Fee: £45 per annum (can use range whenever with 2 adult members, subject to assessment) Beginner Lessons: £60 for 4 lessons , with “new members welcome session” after the course

Target Days and Club Competition Target Days Any shooting session held at the club ground where at least two members are present can be classed as a club Target Day. Score sheets submitted to the club Records Officer must have been checked and signed off by another club member. Bowman grade badges awarded for anyone reaching a higher grade. Trophy for best handicap improvement (Adult + Junior) awarded at end of the year. Club Handicap competition Individual handicap shoots Will use metric rounds as used on target days. Trophy for overall winner. 252 Scheme

AOB Proposal: Investigate Dropping Archery GB Affiliation Archery GB Fees are approx. £2K per annum Benefits include insurance, magazine, DBS checks, shooting at other clubs/competitions If we can get insurance for significantly less, do we wish to continue as an Archery GB affiliated club?
