4 Alex Danson Believes that everyone can achieve their dreams!
2013-Silver medal in Euro Hockey Alex Danson Over 185 caps, senior debut at only 16 years of age. One of the youngest ever Internationals. Former BBC sports personality of the Year nominee. 2012- Olympic Bronze medal 2010- World cup bronze medal, and Commonwealth bronze medallist. Found her love for the sport while still in school, successfully balanced her work and her commitments. 5 European Nations cups, winning 4 bronze medals and 3 World cups.

5 Sophie Cox Started Judo at the age of 6. 2012- Team GB Olympic games
2013-British Champion (57kg) Elbow dislocation in 2003, by 2005 she had retired from the sport. Determined, she found funding to achieve her goals leading to her 1st major medal in the 2002 Commonwealth games. 2004/05- European Silver medallist 2003/11 European Bronze medallist 2002,2003,2004, 2005, 2011 and British Championships 1st place! 2004- Athens Olympic Games 9th place 2002- Commonwealth Games Bronze medallist

Objective- To learn about the skills and qualities of a Young Ambassador. Outcomes:- Know the important skills required by a YA. Know how the role of a Gold YA is different from a Silver. Have conducted a mini self review of the identifies skills and qualities of an ambassador.

10 Team You What is ‘Team You’?
Team you is a young person centred model that looks at the whole person and your environment. It will help you to identify the influences and people in your life that help you achieve your goals. The original programme was set up by Youth Sports Trust to help athletes or young people balance the demands of training with school work and life pressures. “No matter who you are we all need help to achieve our goals and unlock opportunities.”
