10 Things to remember Jesus is our shelter from the wind, a refuge from the storm, a refreshing stream, and mighty rock that offers shade from the harshest light. The dire problems of our culture or any culture will not be solved by more government programs, more entertainment or more education, or sinful living – the satisfaction needed is for the spirit to be satiated – quenched and filled – Jesus is the living water and the mana come down from heaven. The noble learns to navigate the hazards of this life by biblical spiritual discernment.
