Hi! I’m Jacquelyn Thorp, Train Me Today’s CEO and I want to welcome you today to join our PHRCA EXAM PREP PROGRAM. Today’s orientation and introduction class provides you with all the information you need to use all of the resources that we have available for you to be successful in passing the PHRCA exam. If you are in a private place with no noise or reverberation in the background, you may stay on voice. However, I see where the noise is coming from so either mute yourself or I will mute you from here. If you are calling in on a phone I will generally mute you because that is generally where the reverberation comes from. This is an interactive class and you will be asked to respond to questions and to ask questions. Go ahead and ask your questions in chat and our moderator will either respond to you immediately or will bring the question up.

A. It is 6 weeks without stopping.

A. Not exactly…but you can join the Tuesday night class.

Q. The first comprehensive practice exam we are required to take before class starts, should we study for it?
A. No. You want to take this test to measure what your breadth of knowledge is today.

Q. If we score very low on the first exam, is that an indicator that we are not ready to take the California exam?
A. Not necessarily. You just need to study harder.

14. FAQ’s Q. What is your overall pass rate?
A. It really depends more on the background and experience of our students but for most classes we have an 89% pass rate for the PHR students. Not so much for the SPHR. We have our first “group” going through in November for PHRca.

Q. How do I link my HR Coach Moodle School practice exams to my instructor?
A. You don’t. We have access to them.

Read every word of the book(s) twice. Highlight and tab pages where you have questions. Discuss those questions with your instructor in class.

Listen to the lectures until you can’t stand Samantha’s and my voice any longer.

Take all of the practice exams until you obtain 80% on each one.

Constantly use your flash cards when you have a few minutes.

A. Usually within 4 days of the day you ordered them, unless there is a random holiday and the mail is not running.

Q. Are the HR Coach Moodle School lectures the same material as is in the book?
A. Yes and no. Everything in this program is built around the HRCI functional areas. The basis of the study program is the PHRca Exam Prep Study Guide by HR Coach LLC.

22. FAQ’s Q. Do you have anything for the car? I commute long distances.
A. Yes, you can listen to the lectures on your smart phone. No extra download needed.

23. FAQ’s Where do I get my syllabus?
A. If you have Google, it is on your calendar invite. If not, you can download it from the HR Coach Moodle School website or you can ask your instructor for a copy.

A. When the books are shipped you will be ed a UPS tracking number.

Q. Should we take the exams on HR Coach Moodle School before every class?
A. You should follow the syllabus and the answer to the question is yes – you should take the exam for the functional area you are going to discuss in class and then take it again until you reach 80%.
