The band is a 355bp signal clearly seen in dilutions up to 10−6. (B) Ethydium bromide-stained gel depicting PCR of PSA in lymph nodes from two control patients (controls) and two positive samples of one patient with pathological confirmed lymph node metastases (positive sample). The 486bp band of PSA DNA derives from genomic DNA and the 355bp band of PSA cDNA derives from messenger RNA (L.O.: left obturator lymph nodes; R.O.: right obturator lymph nodes).
