One of the twelve tribes of Israel

8. Asher Jacob’s eighth son, second son with Zilpah Asher means “happy”
Genesis 30:13
 Then Leah said, “I am happy,
for the daughters will call me blessed.”
So she called his name Asher.
1. Asher’s Mother was Leah’s maidservant Zilpah. Asher was her second and last child with Jacob.
2. It’s a month of happiness.
Tell somebody “Get Happy!”
We all like to receive a good word from somebody…let’s look at the blessings spoken over Asher….

Make sure you don’t have any cracks in your foundation
Draw close to Jesus in this month and thank Him that He is your righteousness

Asher symbolizes pleasure, happiness, delicious and fatness
This month is a good time for fasting
This is why we need to be sure to eat the Word, so our bodies are healed and properly aligned.
Then we will be able to digest whatever God gives us to eat during the following months
We have staked our claim.
We have our swords in hand.
It is time to go forward!
