1. Homework Task 4: Investigation of An Artist
You now know some information about the two artists that we will look at in this project: Dale Chihuly and Vincent Scarpace. It is now up to you to investigate ONE of these artists further. We want you to create a research project on one of the artists which is of an excellent quality and demonstrates exceptional presentation skills. You have 2 weeks to complete this project.
The information must be presented on a minimum of A4 size paper.
The written information can be printed and glued, or neatly hand-written.
Try to be creative when making your project. Think of how you could show the information in a unique and interesting way.
As a minimum you must include:
The name of the artist
Information about the artist (further the information you learnt in the lesson)
At least 2 observational drawings of their work (including the title and date of their work)
At least 2 printed images of their work (including the title and date of their work)
A description of one artwork from the artist and an explanation of why you like it and how it makes you feel
High quality presentation skills
WALT: Be able to further investigate one of the chosen artists
