Gay-Lussac’s Law -Assumes constant concentration of gas and volume
-Temperature MUST be in Kelvin -pressure and temperature increase together directly proportionally ex. if pressure doubles, temperature doubles -pressure and temperature decrease together directly proportionally ex. if pressure halves, temperature is halved

Answer the following questions: What will happen to the temperature if you double the pressure of a gas? What will happen to the pressure if you third the temperature of a gas? What will happen to the pressure at 1.5 atm if the temperature of a gas changed from 200 K to 800 K? What will happen to the temperature of a gas at 600 K if the pressure changes from 500 mm Hg to 250 mm Hg? What will happen to the temperature of a gas at 27°C if the pressure changed from 100 kPa to 200 kPa?
