3. I think that a diagram like this one shows a management team what to expect. Although, I think that people rely on the flow chart for different purposes. I believe that this chart clearly shows the chain of information is being handled.

4. Proposed Business Process
Knowing that processes will change
Change is for the better
Makes things run more smoothly
Stay ahead of the industry
I think that the purpose changes are changes that will benefit the company. This system improves the process of information receiving and storage. I believe that systems like these help out with the decision making.

5. Internet and Mobile Access Components
IPads and IPhones are convenient
Obtain the needed information
Review the companies reports
Do on-line purchasing
I believe that the best way to describe the usage of any Internet or mobile device. I think that we must look at the access components of the system or method that we are currently using.
