Reviewed FERC ordering language & filed comments
Developed list of issues (parking lot document)
Customer subteam lead by Roy True and Provider subteam led by J.T. Wood separately met
Entire Task Force now considering comments from the Customer and Provider subteams
Future meetings schedule for June 1, 14 and 15
Anticipated deliverable: Draft Scope Statement to EC in mid-June

3. WEQ EC Scoping Task Force on Coordination of Service Across Multiple Transmission Systems
Key scope elements (tentative):
Limit scope to Monthly and Yearly Firm PTP + Firm Network Service
No coordination of confirmed requests after initial coordination is completed
Must not require customers to purchase Firm PTP if unable to reserve full requested path
Customers must not lose queue position on any request while coordination is underway
