Introduction Beavers are mammals they are also rodents.
Its scientific name is Castor Canadensis. There is different kinds of beavers

Physical Features Beavers have small ears. They also have small eyes.
Beavers have a big body. Small arms and hands. They have webbed feet. Usually biggest rodent. Beavers have a lot of fur. They have big flat tails.

Life Span/Endangered or not
Beavers are not endangered. Their life span is 24 years.

Habitat Beavers live in Asia, Europe, Canada, and United State’s.
They have under water entrances. They live near water and woods.

Climate Beavers live cold places. It will snow in winter.
It can rain any time of year.

Food Beavers are herbivores. They like leaves, bark, twigs, and roots.
They only eat plants. They like cambium a soft tissue near the top layer of wood.

Prey The things that eat beavers are Wolfs, Otters, Foxes, Coyotes, Bears.
