PLANNING Two-day training provided to district teams with representatives from each grade band, ELD director/Administrator. Training provided by Cathy Lassiter from the Leadership and Learning Center. Follow-up support as requested.

THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS 123 DISTRICTS RECEIVED AMAOS REPORTS IN SY. 45 OUT OF 46 DISTRICTS ( or 37%) IN 4+ YEARS IN IMPROVEMENT STATUS SUBMITTED PLANS. 10 OUT OF 12 DISTRICTS (or 10%) IN 2+ YEARS IN IMPROVEMENT STATUS SUBMITTED PLANS.

THE PROCESS ALL PLANS WERE READ BY TWO READERS. DISCREPANCIES WERE RESOLVED BY A THIRD READER. SCORES FROM ALL READERS WERE AVERAGED TO DETERMINE STATUS OF PLAN. NINE READERS QUALIFIED TO EVALUATE PLANS REPRESENTING ESDs, SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND ODE.
