5. Which fossil occurs on the most landmasses? What does this suggest about when these particular continents broke up?
6. Was the scientists’ hypothesis proved or disproved by the data you analyzed? Explain your answer.
7. Assuming continents move at an average of 2 cm per year, how many years would it take for each continent to move 1 meter? 1 kilometer?
