Opening a restaurant that serves Asian cuisine (Chinese&Mongolian food), along with some western dishes. For your menu— learn the names of various dishes For your service— learn the language used in a restaurant (eg. Ordering food, recommendation)

蒙古(měng gǔ)食物(shí wù) Mongolian Food
The traditional diet of Mongolian food has been affected by the extreme continental climate. So Mongolian cuisine primarily consists of dairy products, meat, and animal fats. Vegetables and spices are rarely used. In a nutshell, they eat meat! Lots!
