2. In December 29, 2013 the san Miguel volcano erupted at about 10:30 am with a huge explosion and heavy ash. San Miguel volcano is one of the most active volcano in El Salvador.

The san Miguel is a composite volcano and gets a lot of eruptions. In the last 3 years it had a eruption once a year that’s because of the increasing earthquakes and the frequent volcano eruption was happening since the eruption of 2013

4. When the volcano erupted it blasted a huge cloud of ash and gas with sulfur dioxide to sulfuric acid and it expanded about 40 kilometers! And this is the first eruption since 2002

Over 5000 people were forced to be evacuated even my aunt that lives in San Miguel. The climate got a little bit colder because of the gases in the air
