Traditional backup systems rely on an awful lot of hardware e.g. tapes, tape drive, SCSI Controller and Cabling..… which will naturally degrade over time and is very, very expensive to replace…. As a software only service DataTrust Backup does not require any hardware such as tapes, CDs, or USB keys. Accordingly the DataTrust Backup does not degrade over time…. There are no moving parts !!!!
