11 Immediate Reporting Policy
Employee Reports all safety incidents Reports to on system clinics and/or hospitals as directed by Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Supervisor Ensures all employees understand the reporting requirements Reports all injuries to 24 hr medical service and to Safety Does not proceed before contacting OHS and Safety Notifies the organization of the accident/injury through the Learning Network System. Within 24 hours of event, performs accident investigation Safety & Medical Actively case manages to minimize impact
