DEFINITION: Self and peer evaluation of drafting HOW? LOOK FOR main points, relevance, sequencing, emphasis, development

4. REVISING DEFINITION: Focused attempts to reflect on drafting/content HOW? RE-WRITE TO gain control, show evidence of strategy in overall expression. Focus on BIG decisions.

5. PROOF-READING/EDITING
DEFINITION: Attention to minor but meaningful details HOW? DOUBLE-CHECK specifics- spelling, capitalization, punctuation, verb tense agreement, clear sentence structure

6. PUBLISHING DEFINITION: Producing and publishing writing for interactions and collaboration with others HOW? SHARE your work in an effective way. Ask your teacher how.
