1. CSC Simulation Status Trigger very sensitive to wire timing!
Re-tuning to center wire digis causes big problems.
Wire digis: a few percent bunch crossing error.
Anode LCTs: 3% have early bunch crossing.
Global muon trigger: rejects 10% because of early bunch crossing.
Not clear who needs to change things.
Gas gain was too low in ME1/A
Caused RecHit efficiency to drop to 96%
Fixed in CMSSW_1_6_0_pre7
Plans for 1_7_0
Use new interface to conditions.
Allows optimization of DB access.
