The Local Control Accountability Plan …
is a required plan that describes how districts intend to meet annual goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities identified in EC Section 52060(d) .

The LCAP is intended to be a three-year plan to improve student achievement by setting annual goals for the district in eight priority areas. Each of the priorities have established data requirements to track district progress improving student achievement. Purpose
