Action Plan in 15-16 New ELA Core Curriculum in PreK-8th Literacy Intervention in grades K-2nd Mathematics Tutoring in grades 3-8th Instructional Facilitators All Schools 10-12 Schools 8 Schools 10 Schools Supports a range of reading levels so teachers can meet the needs of students Early identification and intervention of struggling students through a comprehensive, multi-tiered approach Each school will have 2-3 additional staff members who provide daily literacy interventions to struggling readers 4 students at a time Daily Mathematics interventions Targeted coaching and development of teachers in tested grades All Students will be monitored and assessed at a minimum of three times a year. Students receiving interventions will be monitored every 8 weeks. % of student growth on benchmark assessments % of students on track of making 1.5 years of growth per year % of students increasing their reading level (growth) Students demonstrate years of growth in Reading and Mathematics. 12/6/2018
