Main findings Timeliness of expenditure data should be improved
Burden on data provider should be streamlined – by stopping the collection of data not used UOE methodology should be updated and aligned with ESA 10 COFOG should be aligned with ISCED 11 More data should be made available on the components of the expenditure (e.g., teacher salaries) Improve the analysis of education expenditure by taking into account better the different price levels

Publication of available relevant data Dialogue on the revision of UOE methodology Dialogue on improvement of timeliness Presentation of EAC needs to the COFOG task force
