USE A TRIPOD OR OTHER STABILIZATION METHOD! NO HANDHELD SHOTS! Lock-down the tripod head. Practice your move. Lock whatever part of the tripod isn’t being used for movement. If you only need a tilt, lock the pan and pedestal.
