Monitor HSE performance leading and lagging indicators Supervisors Supervisors Field Coaches 1st week shift rotation Immediately after discussion with WE, SWE Monthly visits to the unit Delivery Team Lead SWE, WE, Delivery Team Lead Mid year/final year review
