Finalization foreseen for Nov 19th – out for comments and edits
Reorganized to match requirements of the new OGC specification model (OGC r3).
UML models, XML schemas and the latest specification available for comments on the attachment section of the specification page:

Outstanding issues
Technical points from Nov 2 teleconference agenda are:
Do we need to keep choiceValue in DataChoice?
Do we need to make “definition” mandatory?
How do we model conditional value?
Can we define “ObservableProperty” in SensorML?

10. Work in Progress: SPS for EO Application profile (OGC 07-018)

Finalization foreseen for Nov 19th
Development alongside SPS 2.0
High-level ESA requirements believed to be collected
Outstanding issues
Produce a summary of the understanding of requirements for 13 November so that it can be checked.

11. Work in Progress: SFRE Requirements Baseline Document

Document needs to be issued before PR, but expected to be finalised before then
Outstanding issues
The description of the high level requirements of SFRE linked to the objectives of the SPS EO specification work
Granularity of requirements (noting that a full SRD will be created later)
What activities the Client is to allow the user to perform, and how it displays results to them. Not directly related to HMA specification testing, but desire to demonstrate their use.
