They eat fish, turtles, various mammals, birds, and other reptiles.

They live in Florida.

Range/Habitat The Alligator’s range and habitat is in Florida, Southern Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, and Alabama. They live in ponds, marshes, wetlands, and rivers.

Adaptations Claws help it rip and tear its prey.
Teeth help it eat its prey. The tail helps it to balance and swim.
